Top 5 Outerwear Pieces You Need This Fall

Does anyone love sweater weather as much as I do? Los Angeles is finally getting cooler temperatures and that means its time to pull out our cold weather outerwear. I love cold weather because you can create so many different outfits just by layering different pieces. Here are the 5 outerwear pieces you need to slay this season!

Chunky Sweater

If you don’t have chunky sweaters in your closet, you are doing fall all wrong. Oversized chunky sweaters are perfect for going out on the town or lounging around the house. Throw on a chunky sweater, make a cup of hot cocoa and stay home bingeing Stranger Things. I won’t tell anyone.

Camel Coat

A camel coat just screams sophistication. Whenever I wear this jacket I instantly feel like I should be in New York walking up the street to my well-decorated brownstone. The best part is you don’t have to spend a fortune for a great fall coat. This jacket came from Boohoo.com and was less than $100. Talk about a score.

Leather Jacket

Leather jackets are great all year round but when fall rolls around you can find them in a bunch of awesome colors. Skip the classic black and go for one in burgundy or forest green. One of my favorite YouTubers, Arlyne Sanjines has tons of leather jackets in varying colors and styles. Check out this cool red one!

Duster

Duster jackets are the best when it comes to styling for transitional weather. A much lighter option than a jacket, dusters give you a layer of protection from the wind but don’t weigh you down like a traditional coat. Throw a duster over a plain tee and jeans to instantly take your look up a notch just like my fav, Peakmill!

Bomber Jacket

Last but definitely not least are bomber jackets. Bomber jackets are to fall what jean jackets are to spring and summer. If you need a perfect catchall jacket that goes with anything, a bomber jacket is your go-to! Here’s a throwback to one of my earliest blog posts (I had hair!)
