Furnishing my apartment has been one of my biggest joys during quarantine. My Amazon delivery drivers are practically on a first name basis because I’ve been getting these virtual orders in. What I love most about Amazon, aside from the convenience, is that you can find high quality home decor for affordable prices. I found my wooden platform bed on Amazon for under $200!! Over the last few months, I’ve scoured Amazon for the best in home decor and today I’m sharing my list of Amazon home decor must haves!
Mellow Naturalista Classic Platform Bed
The bed of my minimalist dreams! I knew before I moved out of my parents’ house that I wanted my bedroom to be very clean and minimal. I needed it to be my place of zen after a long day of work. That included my furniture. Knowing that I didn’t want a headboard or super extravagant bed, I opted to go the platform bed route. This wooden platform bed was exactly what I was going for.
Neutype Full Length Mirror-Gold
In keeping with minimal bedroom furniture, I chose this sleek, slimline mirror for its simplicity. Gold is always a nice accent. Its the perfect size for those everyday ootds.
JoJusis Modern Leather Throw Pillow Covers
These pillow covers give that luxe look for less. Rather than shelling out hundreds of dollars for leather pillow cases from high end retailers, I was able to buy these off Amazon for a fraction of the price. You can’t really tell that they aren’t real leather in person. A perfect dupe!
Creative Co-op Small Wood Slice
Another simple, fun element to bring a little texture to your space is this wood slice. Layer it on your coffee table or tv stand and top it with a candle or coasters to make a cute focal moment.
Lioobo Wood Bead Garland
Wooden bead garlands are all the rage right now in home decor. I like the dimension and texture it gives off. Wrap it around the neck of a vase or have it draped along the outside of a bowl.
Bloomingville Candle Holder
I’m not 100% sure what I’m planning to do with these candle holders yet but I knew they were too nice to pass up! They would be great pieces to use when decorating a bookshelf or built-ins.
Kwame Brathwaite-Black is Beautiful
It is really important to me that I fill my home with positive representations of Black culture and Black art. This book is filled with the photography from Kwame Brathwaite during the Black is Beautiful movement and is such a great piece to style my tv stand.
